Replaces a spreadsheets-and-folders workflow with one app for properties, tenants, leases, rent, maintenance, and documents
Keeps all data on the user’s computer with no cloud account, plus backup and restore
Imports and exports Excel workbooks, and receives documents from a phone over home Wi-Fi via QR code

Spins a slot-machine reel through nearby open restaurants filtered by location, craving, distance, and price
Migrated restaurant search from the Yelp API to the Google Places API and redesigned the app mobile-first
